Made a reservation a few days in advance, arrived to pick up the car and was told only an EV vehicle is available even though I reserved something else. Manager there is terrible and rude, not possible to communicate with
This location is absolutely horrible and poorly managed. They do not follow or honor anything Hertz Reservations and Customer Care says. They are unhelpful, they did not deliver my vehicle as I was told, they do not ever answer phones, the car they gave me was not the car reserved by my insurance, they only had a choice of two cars that were not close to what was reserved for me. The car they gave me smelled like must and mildew, the gas tank was half full, the car was filthy dirty and needed to be washed, so never get a car... read more
