Excellent Customer Service at Nanuet location, very little wait time , only issue was car was not washed before i received it and Rep was alone they would benefit from more Worker on hand especially before a major Holiday that’s the only reason for 4 stars
I rented from a bunch of Hertz locations. I've never had such a smooth experience with pick up and drop off process. The lady by pick up with super nice, and was not trying to upsell me and she is a role model for how all should strive to act. However, I felt bad for the person next to me, as that staff member was extremely rude to that person. And by drop off, it went extreamly smoothly, a fast and professional experience. I would 100% rent from here again!
The staff at the centre in Nanuet was not Helpfull and do not pick up their phones and it’s very difficult to get a response.
