Truly horrible business and customer service. Won’t return phone calls for days. Didn’t have a full size and refuse to refund extra charges for a minivan because an suv was offered even tho the SUV is a totally different class than full size and trunk is WAYYY smaller.
This place sucks literally the worst would give it 0 stars worst customer service
Liz was extremely RUDE and not easy to work with, left without the rental and went down to Avis and was treated MUCH better left with a rental and it was $200 cheaper!!!
I recently traveled here on vacation with a friend, and both of our families rented minivans from Hertz. I accidentally booked my rental with the wrong pickup time, but despite the mix-up, Hertz was incredibly accommodating. They were able to provide me with a vehicle right away, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Although there was only one staff member at the front desk, the customer service was outstanding. Thank you for making the experience so easy and pleasant!
Not a very friendly staff. Also, not accommodating to Presidents Circle or 5 Stars. Our luggage wouldn't fit in the back of a Chevy Trail Blazer. I asked to be switched to the Nissan Rogue since it was was boxier. Agent stated that a Nissan Rogue is a standard SUV class 4 upgrades past mine. A Rogue is not a Standard SUV, it's a Mid Size at best. And it certainly is not 4 upgrades past a compact SUV. They put us in a Ford Escape with side damage and now has been rattling every time you start it with weak AC. I'm pretty loyal... read more
