Terrible service and completely unacceptable experience. We booked a large 7-seater vehicle, but when we arrived, they forced us into a small car instead. To make matters worse, they charged an incorrect and completely wrong amount to my account.When I asked for help, the employee named “Matthew” was extremely unprofessional and showed zero interest in assisting us. Easy Breezy, and at a reasonable price.
Very convenient rental center steps away from the baggage area, no waiting for a bus. I had a reservation so it was very quick check in with no line. The car was just what I wanted and performed well. The return was a breeze as well. Small airports like this are great!
