I had called Hertz with questions but they would hang up the phone. So I drove to the airport, got in line and the gal would not help me. She said call the 1-800 #. My online search showed a vehicle at x amount of dollars. That price was 100% switch and bait. It's end of September, not tourist season. I believe the gal at desk could have helped me rather than push me off. Older, shoulder length grayish blonde with kitty cat glasses...tucked in name tag. Budget matched Hertz price. Andrew is as nice as they come, but beware. He charges you for anything he wants. I told him i didn't want the insurance. I've been renting since 2012 and have never taken the insurance. He told me i had to take the $5 a day insurance. His supervisor Michelle told me he (Andrew) told you that? I said yes. She said I'll have a talk with him. I told him I didn't want the roadside assistance. He charged me for it anyhow. Then i was rushed by ambulance on March 23rd to Grand Strand Trauma Center.
