I’d like to commend Steve at Hertz Downtown Mudgee on his outstanding commitment to customer service. My wife and I were involved in a collision and my vehicle and caravan were towed from the crash site. Although my vehicle sustained substantial damage, the caravan remained roadworthy. Due to my situation, I required a hire vehicle capable of towing my caravan to my residence about 300kms away. These guys are warm and friendly and super helpful. We hired a truck to move my daughter and they showed us how everything worked and were just fantastic. So impressed.
We had a great experience with our rental last Saturday. Our daughter was getting married in Mudgee and as we dont live there, we wanted a small bus to transport the wedding party and family around. Everything went smoothly and we were happy with the final costs. Thanks especially to Steve who went above and beyond.
