I rented my car at Hertz in Burlingame. It is 50 minutes from my hotel in Sunnyvale. A warning light came on. The Burlingame Hertz advised I could go to a closer Hertz to exchange the car. I went to the Hertz on El Camino Real in Mountainview. The staff (Dawson, John and Julian) was very friendly and helpful. They checked out the warning light and said it was a minor issue and reset sensor. That took care of the problem. Got a rental paid for b y the work shop when my car was in service. The car I picked up at Hertz Mt View had ants 🐜 in it and I also found condoms in the trunk. Definitely not cleaned enough. I thought I could suffer through but then the display said the driver’s airbag was not working.
