This was my first time renting from Hertz, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I reserved a full-size vehicle but was given a compact and then a mid-size instead, while being told they were "the same class." I had to return and ask multiple times before finally receiving a full-size car—six hours later. I was also told no vehicles were available, yet one appeared shortly after. The staff at Hertz Mountain View are very friendly and provide excellent service. I mistakenly chose the wrong return location—I was supposed to return the car at the airport. However, the staff at this branch were very nice and helped me return the car here directly, saving me the hassle of going back and forth to the airport. They even waited for me to refuel the car, even though it was almost 5 PM and past their closing time. I truly appreciate your help—thank you so much!
