Called to make a reservation because the website was funky and wouldn't take location information (kept replacing Mt Vernon, WA with Beijing Airport). Every time I selected #3 to speak with a local representative I got cut off. Gave up, what a mess this bankrupt company is.
This place is horrible. My brand new truck was damaged in the wind storm and not drivable. So obviously needed a rental which my insurance covers. I called Hertz they had a rental available. Picked the rental up the next day had to put air in the tire, no big deal until it happened the following 2 days. I finally called not wanting to sound like a terrible customer but they asked me if I had taken it to Les Schwab...ummmm really is that my job.
