This location is permanently closed, but frankly I can’t get help or service from Hertz anywhere. The only people you can reach on a phone (after waiting 30-40 minutes on hold) are in call centers in other countries and they aren’t authorized to do anything. DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ! They are trying to charge me over $2000 for a car that broke down right after I rented it! They had the car towed back to the airport and canceled the rental. It is beyond unacceptable to allow people to go on your site and reserve vehicles and not have any information regarding the fact that there are no actual vehicles to rent. Every other rental car site lets you know if there are any vehicles available or not except your site. I needed to get to work and had my ride drop me off to get the vehicle, just to be told there were no vehicle to rent. I have my confirmation # for my reservation and this was how I was treated.
