pick up was terrible, had to wait for 20-30 min past reservation time. there was only one car available which was smaller than i chose & i was not compensated for it. the return was way better of course because I'm just dropping off
Bernita is the Goat! She was patient and provided excellent customer service. My mother forgot to bring her updated credit card and I misplaced my Driver's License, but she continued her efforts in assisting us. We finally were able to provide everything she needed after her shift had ended. She stayed to assist us. I really appreciate her and she deserves to be recognized! Thank you so much Bernita.
This specific location were able to assist me after the Fayetteville location waiting until 30 mins before my reservation to inform me that had no cars. I was then sent to the Morrow location and they had the type of car I reserved and got me situated nicely. I am taking away one star for two reasons. The wait time to actually get the car took a minute AND when putting my credit card down for the hold, I confirmed with the agent at the desk that when I returned that I could pay with my debit card and she said yes.
