Went to pick up my car after doing a 1 way rental. They have a gate that is closed and locked. I had to change a flight and return Sunday vs. Saturday. Now i have to waste money to get and Uber home and then ANOTHER Uber Monday to come back to get my car. Ridiculous. I've been to many rental locations that DONT do that. What sense does that make?
I want to take a moment to recognize Bernita at Hertz in Morrow County because my experience would not have been the same without her. From start to finish, Bernita demonstrated exceptional patience, long-suffering, and professionalism, even while handling multiple transactions and a busy flow of work. This place is conveniently located, close to the highway. Staff members were prompt and friendly. I had a vehicle other than the one I wanted, and I was still extremely satisfied with the vehicle's performance. Hertz never fails. Thank you.
Hertz you should be ashamed. Close this location. Horrible customer service, no organization, and both ladies up front are pathetic. As a President Circle member I will say this location is a fiasco. OMAR CARTER or however id over this place need to stand up.
It’s always a great experience at this location, everyone work as a team and give great customer service. Best location outside of the airport 🙌🏽
