Staff was great! Very friendly, proficient and professional! Great rental experience. Highly recommend this location.
Customer Service is so bad, picking up the vehicle was ok at first, but I wanted to get something bigger and the agent had an attitude and was very rude. I don’t think I would used hertz rental again.
I made my rental pickup time for 5:00pm. At the time I made the reservation it didn't indicate they close at 5:00pm. I was able to pick up the car, after a few words was said. On the door it does not give the time they close. If they close at 5:00 pm, my reservation should not had been accepted. Also, the car I received was not the one I requested, plus it had not been washed. The color of the car was white so the dirt showed.
Daniel was so helpful and made this process so quick and efficient.
