Please read. I was sent here from hertz Tuesday when I had an issue with a previous car. When I arrived this location was not here. Only a empty lot.
The reviews you see are unfortunately true. This place never has any vehicles and you can’t trust the hours of operation posted on here because they never hold true to the hours. I have Booked vehicles, got confirmation, only to arrive and be told there are none available. I am a president circle member and drive hertz vehicles 75% of the year for work and this is by far the worst I have experienced. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else even if it means a drive to Knoxville. This place should probably close it doors.
Based on reviews alone I'm going elsewhere
This place obviously is closed at 5pm not 6pm like they state.
