I had a great experience at this Hertz location. I was there on 8/27/26 at around 12:30pm with my two special-needs kids. The young man that was there was friendly and very welcoming. He helped me find discounts that lowered my bill. He was very professional. And when I had trouble getting out of the building's garage with the rental car, one of his colleagues personally drove the car around to the front on the building for me. That's what I call great customer service!
Absolutely disgraceful service. Zero accountability, zero urgency, and zero respect for customers’ time. Staff show no genuine intention to help — just empty promises and indifference. Shady pricing tricks and bait-and-switch tactics designed to squeeze extra money out of you. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. This place does not deserve your business — go anywhere else.
Terrible customer service. Came to drop off a rental that I’ve had for 3 months. Pulled into the parking garage and took a parking ticket. I wasn’t driving out of the parking garage so had no clue I needed it and tossed it. Got up to Hertz and they said I needed it or I would be charged 45 dollars. They told me to go back downstairs pay 5 to pull out then back in and get a new ticket. Went downstairs to pull out and they wouldn’t let me out. Absolutely Horrible Experience with Hertz/PlatePass I rented a car from this Hertz location and have had the worst experience imaginable dealing with PlatePass, which operates under the Hertz umbrella. I was charged $164.95 in tolls that were not mine. I opened an investigation, and PlatePass actually emailed me stating that the toll charges were determined not to be mine and that a credit would be issued. Except…I never received it. Great place to rent vehicle. They upgraded my rental from a sub-compact to a sporty Dodge Charger for the same price! It was awesome.
