Great place to rent vehicle. They upgraded my rental from a sub-compact to a sporty Dodge Charger for the same price! It was awesome.
Great place to rent a Hertz.
Right from the start I was questioning my decision of renting there. Only reason was it was cheaper than EWR. The staff was so lackadaisical, the car although relatively new was a mess, outside literally looked like someone took sand paper to it. When I got inside it was dirty and the passenger floor mat looked like hot cocoa or coffee had been spilled and never cleaned up (if I wasn’t in a hurry to get to my Granddaughter’s birthday party I would have rejected it). Because of the outstanding service I received on such short notice, I was able to avoid missing any work and keep my travel plans enjoyable despite an unexpected vehicle breakdown. The entire process was seamless. The vehicle was exceptionally clean, pickup was easy, and returning the car could not have been simpler.
