Very disappointing experience with Hertz Clearwater, Florida. I was deliberately misled by them. I bought the car mainly because I was told it had a factory warranty. Later, the dealership informed me the windshield was aftermarket, which affects the warranty and the front collision sensor adjustment. This was never disclosed before the sale. The worst car rental experience I ever had! The car was literally an ashtray on wheels, the worst part they knew about it and still rented the car out. I called in to replace the car, I was told there aren’t any other cars available although I overheard there were at a better class! The service was very bad as well, the manager Tim was impatient and kept getting distracted, even rolled his eyes at me. I was over a 25$ voucher for the next rental with Hertz, what a joke! Cancelling my reservation made more than a week ago without my knowledge, finding out only when my truck was already taken in for service,it's not the best way to treat a costumer,shame on you,,thanks for my lost wages and rine spent waiting in a uncomfortable place.
