Was totally turned off first the place looked like it was going out of business second of all they took forever to even get a car for someone third of all they cared more about getting the credit card on hand before anything else then I told you you would get one card as they wasted your time telling you you won’t get that car we don’t have that this is your choice and then on top of that they gave you absorbent amount of price and made no sense and was not compatible with any other renting company. While the man working at this branch was nice, I didn’t have a good experience here. I never got a confirmation email or receipt from them, only to realize they put the wrong email after going back and forth with customer service. They also charged me for tolls when I used an EZ pass for the rental. I contacted customer service only for them to say they have no record of charging me and they have to open up a case in order for me to get a refund. Edwin at the front desk is very rude very unprofessional. I was quoted 340 after everything to rent the car for the week after I brought it back not even driving it 100 miles i filled tank back up no damage or anything to the car they charged me a extra 120 dollars never told me what the fees are for or anything.Me and Edwin has a disagreement when I was bringing back the car where to park it so Edwin retaliated By charging my card, more money, even though there was nothing wrong with the vehicle itself
Impossible to find horrendous location down the maze of a dark parking lot. Needs much better lighting and clear directional signage once you enter the lot otherwise you’ll be circling until the end of time.
Great manager, Tim. Got the perfect vehicle that we were looking for while our second vehicle was in the shop smooth the silk rental. Easy drop off everything was great. Definitely recommend. Getting there’s a little tricky park in the underground garage if you don’t find a space on the street
