I would like thank Adam at your Moreno Valley location for arranging multiple rentals for me on my recent trip for my nieces wedding. When I arrived to my destination and visited the Hertz agency there it was seamless. No hassles at all. Vehicles were ready and clean. I have rented many vehicles over the years but by far this was the easiest and best experience I have ever had. A very special thanks again to Adam store 7142. It doesnt get any better then that!!!
Great service from start to finish
Do not give this place your business. They’re unorganized. It doesn’t matter if you make a reservation for a certain time, they will have no cars for you and won’t bother to call you ahead of time. It is also no longer in the Dodge dealership, but at Volkswagen. Edited to add: How are you responding back to my bad review faster than you could even give me an answer in person at the store. You guys should be ashamed of yourself and this business should be shut down. I would give you zero stars if I could.
This rental location is highly inefficient and poorly managed. Despite having a reservation, the wait times were excessively long due to severe understaffing and an unorganized check-in process. The overall experience from arrival to receiving the vehicle was frustratingly slow and disappointing. Strongly recommend improvements in staffing and operational efficiency. Please save your apologies and improve!
