On October 10, 2025, I returned my rental vehicle to the Hertz desk at Moss Brothers Dealership on Eucalyptus Ave. in Moreno Valley, CA. The representative, Perla, became dismissive after a billing disagreement between AAA and Hertz. While my AAA agent and Perla discussed the issue, Perla’s tone and demeanor became increasingly dismissive and short. Great experience. My rental was preprinted because Im a Gold member, and I was able to drive in and out less than 5 mins

I rented a standard SUV and paid for it. When I picked up, they had a Nissan Rogue, which is smaller than what I rented and paid for. When making the reservation I had the option to get a Rogue or similar, however we’re going to be driving 1500 miles one way, that’s the reason I chose the bigger SUV for luggage and leg room for my teenagers. They don’t have May option to choose from.

Rude staff, hard to find location, very inconvenient. Staff were very monotone and certainly not appreciative of brand loyalty.

I had a great experience at the Hertz Car Rental in Moreno Valley thanks to Ramon and Perla. They were both incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood all the details of the rental. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
