The good. Jimmy is the best sales person ever. The bad. Very little, if anything. a few bumps figuring out how to process EV credit, but from what I read it is a bit of a jungle per se. They worked on it and all went well

They let me leave with a car I signed all the paperwork and put $500 down then a week later they made me return the vehicle saying my financing fell through They should have made sure financing was in order before we did the deal. It’s been over 1 week and I’m still waiting on my $500 down payment to be refunded. Salesman was great and helpful it was the finance department that dropped the ball

The good. Jimmy is the best sales person ever. The bad. Management and financing leave a lot to be desired. We have been shopping there for weeks . The main reason we didn't buy the car is because we had questions about the financing, and they kept saying the would check and come back to us. A few days back we were walking out of the store and came to tell me that I needed to speak with the financing person. She was not able to answer my questions and told me she had no idea I had them, and that no one told her anything. Fin... read more
