Hertz take down this location as it no longer exists!!!!!!! Drove all the way down to find an empty building with for sale signs.
The group at this location are the best! Everyone was very professional and courteous. I have rented cars from several locations and the folks at this place far outpace them all! They even called after I got home to check on me. Wow!!!
Horrible experience! Had a great rate 13-17 March booked a month in advance. Called to add an extra day and clerk said it would change my rate and make the reservation double. I said no thank you. Came in on the 13th and they said I had no reservation for 13-17 March that "Travelocity" had changed it to the 12-17 Mar and now today they had no car for me! I had an email with the confirmation for 13-17 March and nothing else from Travelocity or Hertz saying anything had been changed!! Clerk made me feel like I was crazy. He di... read more
