Is privately owned and makes it a total hassle to get something. Especially if already booked on through the Hertz app
The gentleman that helped us was friendly and we were in and out. Car ran great. Didn't see any signage until we went inside.
This was a horrible experience to say the least. Called in a few weeks ago to reserve a truck being I am contractor and have to continue work while my personal business vehicle is being worked on. Got to the place, only to be told that they were putting me in a Nissan Altima, and that the word was not passed on(mind you, same place of business) to reserve a work truck. I was then told by a guy named Evan that he would temporarily place me in an suv until the truck became available tomorrow. Upon checking out, this same guy t... read more
