Went to drop off keys for car and walked in and nobody came up to the front desk for literally 30 minutes. More people came, phone was ringing, employees came and went to the back with nobody updating/greeting when Im going to be serviced. By the time I was helped there were a bunch of people waiting. Horrible location, will never come here again.

I rarely post bad reviews but this one is a must. I reserved a tesla to pick up for today at 9:30 and received a call just one hour before the pick up time telling me they dont have it! They will have to see what cars they will have available when I get there and they cant tell me over the phone what cars they have. And to top that, I might need to pay more if the car is a higher level even though im a president circle and should get a free upgrade. Only reason why I continued to use Hertz is because of their great prices. When it comes to customer service, this location is a hit or miss. You can make a reservation, but when you come to pick your car up they always claim they don't have any cars and offer no other resolutions but call them later. The customer service line is no better.

Reserved vehicle several weeks ago. Went to pick up today and this is the condition of the tire. They told us it’s fine to drive on it as low tire pressure guage was not lighting up so not true- tire damage like this causes a blowout! They then offered a voucher that we could take their vehicle to Firestone to get tire replaced. How is that the customer’s responsibility?? They had no other vehicles in the group we reserved so we were offered a much smaller vehicle. Very poor service. Very unsafe business practice.
