Always a pleasure dealing with Hertz. Friendly staff, job is done quickly and assertained the replacement vehicle expeditously. Vehicles are immaculate when arriving to pick up. Hard to return it in same condition. They do their job too well! Very efficient service.
Great experience overall, quickly pick-up the vehicle (Toyota Yaris for a Class-A rental, great fuel economy), the car was new (only driven 7700km), I drove to Jervis Bay only so I wasn't charged for the milage fee. Return was smooth as well, I filled up the tank then dropped off the key and go. Would happily return at another occasion!
