Extremely rude and disrespectful. The “manager” hangs up when questioned on her inability to assist customers. Said they were the manager proudly after lying to the customer. Needs to be addressed. Save yourself the headache and Use Avis or anything else.
I went to pick up my car and the young lady at the counter said she couldn't take my card cuz i had a credit card skin and my name wasnt visible. So I took it off and she said It didnt matter she wouldn't give me the car. She said I could come in tomorrow and talk to the manager. I came in at 1130am (they open at 9am) and the same young lady told me the manager left for the day.
Really wish I can put negative 100 stars. Highly recommend never renting from them. Worst experience of my life....
We rented a car and they rented our car to somebody else. And they didn’t even care.
