Worst experience ever!! Would not recommend at all! Staff were rude and unwilling to help. We called at 9:00 to see if they had any vehicles available if we were to drive to their location. The gal on the phone said there was plenty to choose from as long as we didn’t want an SUV. We got to the location at 11:00 and the same gal called us as we were parking to tell us they had no cars available and our reservation was canceled because they had insurance customers needing cars and they take priority. We paid in full when we booked. When we collected car at airport they asked for our bank card for their records. We then noticed they charged us again for the full amount. We contacted Hertz and were told they would reverse the double payment when we return the car. Unacceptable! Service is atrocious as they just do what they want. This is illegal!!

This place charged me double, and stole almost $763 out of my account. Then when I called to get my money back costumer service told they have no record of taking the money.

Try to make cancellation on reservation online cannot figure it out hoping I’m not getting charged. Tried to do it earlier but was a bit late.

I picked up my first ever rental from Hertz on July 15, 2025. The outside of the car was absolutely filthy. The entire front end was wrapped in bug guts and all of the exterior of the vehicle looked like it had been driven long distance for weeks without a wash. The condition of the car was noted with pictures in the pre-rental photos and in the space for the customer's initials, were not mine, but most likely the employee.
