Have been waiting an hour to pick up my rental car and location is closed during open business hours.
They make it hertz to pick up a car. Worst rental experience of my life. Didn't have the car I reserved, then tried to charge me more for the replacement they offered, it took over 30 minutes just to do a card transaction. Seriously, go anywhere else. Go to literally any other place on earth to rent a car.
Can I give zero stars? I have a number of items that need attention that I'm waiting to hear from someone about - a sample of your future if you rent from here. 1. I rented a car request 4wd/awd and you all accepted my reservation but didn't have my car. I was forced to pay $10 extra a day for a truck I didn't reserve. 2. I paid for a car seat that looked like it was from 1990. Your staff wouldn't show me how to install it, I was willing to install but I needed to know how since it had 5 straps hanging off of it. Whatever you guys been hearing the manager of this location is the best more like the branch manager, he is an amazing guy super friendly and would help you with anything possible to the highest of his ability His driver is the best if you live 10,20 even 30 miles away he would still come and pick you up and take you to the Milwaukee location off. If you’re having a problem like I was, he would ask and whatever problem you’re having is so nice and friendly
