Worst experience ever. They don’t answer the phone it just hangs up. I had to call the hertz in Poughkeepsie to try and get someone contacted here in the Middletown office. I left some personal items in the trunk of the car. Two different people told me they would get back to me and NEVER DID. Kyle and Jillian are the absolute WORST
Do not go here. They are thieves!! My insurance company covered my rental 100%. A month later hertz Middletown took $275 out of my checking account. No warning no bill, nothing, I just checked my account and they stole my money. I called the main branch because you can not reach anyone in Middletown and they told me they can not refund my $. When I told them what they did was illegal they emailed me a bill saying my insurance company didn’t cover $195 of my rental, which isn’t true. And if it was true why did they steal 275?... read more
Not a good location
Gave me a dirty car, not fully charged, tires are practically balding and after calling them for a voucher to fix the tire they say they are gonna call me back and never do. They do not seem to car that the tires are a safety hazard. You guys need a new crew of people who actually care about their job and their customers.
