I've been renting from this Hertz location consistently since April 13, and I'm a Hertz Gold Plus member. Until this experience, I've never had any major issues, especially when working with Kerson, who has always been professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. I had a 9:00 a.m. reservation but realized I forgot my physical driver's license. That's on me. "I had a very disappointing first-time experience with Hertz at this location. I arrived at 8:20 a.m. for an 8:30 reservation. Despite waiting over 10 minutes, I was completely ignored by a manager-in-training, Luis, who was on his phone. After 12 minutes, another customer was served ahead of me without any acknowledgement of my presence. I had a very disappointing experience at this Hertz location. Mike was extremely unwelcoming, dismissive, and came across as rude throughout the interaction. Customer service is a huge part of the rental experience, and unfortunately this location fell far below expectations because of the way I was treated. I hope management looks into this and provides additional customer service training so future customers have a better experienc

The service was poor and discriminatory. They assumed others didn't understand, yet they were the ones making fools of themselves. There were delays and long waits. If I could, I wouldn't give even a single star.

Es el peor lugar del pais donde he alquilado un auto. No tenian el auto listo, espere mas de 45 minutos para que me lo dieran, perdi la cita con mi cliente, luego al devolverlo no hay Key Dropbox asi que me lo tuve que quedar toda la noche y perder mi vuelo ya que no quise arriesgar y dejar la llave dentro del auto.
