Terrible customer service. I’ll keep it short, since they didn’t the regular SUV I was looking for, they gave a full size, but I had to pay the difference. I tried to ask for a smaller vehicle, but said they didn’t have it. I ended up paying more for a car that I didn’t want. Second, they tried to give a Durango that reeked of smoke and yet, they tried to push and say that it wasn’t that bad. I kept complaining until I finally got a Santa Fe that was in great shape.

Fue mi primera vez rentando un carro y la verdad la experiencia fue maravillosa gracias al buen servicio de Luis cuando fui a recoger el carro. Fue muy profesional y me ayudó mucho en todo el proceso. To Hertz Customer Relations, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an extremely unacceptable experience with your rental location and its employees. I made a Hertz reservation online through my employer for a business trip, with a scheduled pickup time of 5:00 PM. I have documentation confirming the reservation time.
