Minable. Y a pas d’autre mot . Réservation faite par une grande plate-forme de réservation tout va très bien jusque là . Mais cela se corse lors de notre arrivé à l’agence. Un réceptionniste pas très sympa m’explique que ma carte française n’est pas une carte de crédit ! Ben si je t’explique mon gars c’est une carte de crédit/debit c’est marqué dessus c’est comme le port salut !!! I came to this location for the first time and o have to say Dave has underwhelming customer service skills. His energy is horrible he was on the phone with his girlfriend while conducting my transaction having a full-fledged conversation on FaceTime and very short, very indirect just underwhelming. I will not be back at this location again however there was a gentleman working with him that was exceptionally nice customer service oriented. I rented a vehicle. Reservation was prepaid. I just noticed months later, this location charged me again. They actually gave me a better rate, but I wasn't supposed to be charged at all! I had already paid. Now I had to ask Hertz for a refund for my original payment. Be very careful if you book here.
