They charged me the wrong amount and when I filed a claim they did their job wrong again and reimbursed me less than they should have and after 5 months they haven't returned the remaining amount and to top it off they sent me to collection as if I hadn't paid them when they are the ones who owe me and I have already complained more than 3 times and they understand everything but they haven't resolved anything and I am still in trouble.
Horrible experience if I could give no stars I would. Rented me a defective car with rear sensor issues that eventually progressed to engine and total car issues that left me and my friend stranded in the middle of St. Petersburg. Took an 8 hour lengthy process to have the car towed and us taken to the nearest airport for a replacement car (we where lied to and told we could get ride in tow truck and ended up having to get a lyft from the company that took us to the wrong location three times and had further delays getting r... read more
