One of my favorite offices to rent from!
The pickup process was very easy, and this was my first time renting a car from them. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this location. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and efficient. The only area for improvement would be offering an after-hours drop-off option. Currently, vehicle returns can only be made during business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), which may be inconvenient for some customers. Other than that, everything was excellent.
TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR RENTAL BEFORE DRIVING OFF THE LOT. They tried to accuse me of damaging a vehicle and it wasn't until I showed proof of prior damage that they let me go. No apology or anything.
This was my first time renting from this location. I was very pleased to rent from this location. Kianna provided great customer service. The Suburban I rented was available and very clean. I’m looking forward to renting from this location in the future.
The car I received was in poor condition: it reeked of bad odor, had only a quarter tank of gas, and the worn-out windshield wipers skipped when activated, making driving in the rain a nightmare. To make matters worse, I was scheduled to return the car at 8:23 AM but returned it at 7:30 AM Despite this, I was charged for an extra hour. I strongly do not recommend the Miami Gardens location.
