Arrived at the Coral Gables location to pick up the vehicle we had booked for 2 months, to be told “I’ll check with the manager if we can do multi-months” although we had already booked online for this location? Very unhelpful gentleman on the front counter who clearly couldn’t care less told us they cannot allow, had to spend money on an Uber to get to the location and then had to pay to return home as no vehicle was given. hertz is a shell of its former self. tesla model y we received was in terrible shape with steering wheel falling apart and trim inside in bad shape. there was a “miscellaneous” charge added at end that couldn’t be explained. Also card on file got charged almost $100 for tolls including a $60 convenience fee even though used personal sunpass entire time.
