I moved back into my neighborhood after being away for two years and walked to the Coral Gables Hertz station that is about a 10 minute walk from my house. I told Mark Johnson (the branch manager) that I had a reservation. He looked up my reservation and printed my contract. Arrived at the Coral Gables location to pick up the vehicle we had booked for 2 months, to be told “I’ll check with the manager if we can do multi-months” although we had already booked online for this location? Very unhelpful gentleman on the front counter who clearly couldn’t care less told us they cannot allow, had to spend money on an Uber to get to the location and then had to pay to return home as no vehicle was given.
