On March 21, 2026, my partner and family had an extremely disappointing experience with Hertz at 13205 SW 137th Ave #106, Miami, FL 33186. I am a Hertz Gold President’s Circle member, and while the loyalty perks can be great, the way this situation was handled made me seriously reconsider ever booking with Hertz again.
