No one answers the phone
Closes at 4 which is diabolically predatory for a place that does not have a key drop off or allow you to drop off at a branch with reasonable hours. They are more than happy to keep charging you over the weekend though. When I picked up the car it took upwards of 4 hours. The old man that works there is beyond unpleasant to deal with. Avoid this place like the plague.
GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION Disgustingly unprofessional. I was trying to take advantage of the Uber rental offered for it drivers. First red flag was Uber does not apply the $40 credit for this Mesa location. When I entered the establishment, no one welcomed me, they don't even acknowledge you. I had no idea they had a QR code to check in until the room was filled. Don’t bother. Bad service, Dirty Cars that smell like cigarette smoke, long lines, They don’t answer phones on purpose, lack customer service and accountability. Literally rent from any other company than this one.
As referenced in other reviews, beware of this location. They will try to uncharted you for vehicles even though the website you ordered from specifically stated a specific price. This specific branch is full of trolls, I havent ever quite experienced such shadyness before from an agency of this nature. Scarry. These reps specifically have an agenda to totally cash grab you and to give you Un maintained vehicles that will collapse on you. BEWARE. GO TO ANOTHER SITE. BEWARE
