Not enough staff to cover their needs . Also, one of them is completely useless and seems to have no idea what she is doing . This should be an easy simple process . Also, mop your floor … disgusting.
Google says this place opens at at but they actually open at 9. Not happy I waited for an hour.
Dominique was exceptional. I rented a car from her, and she was prompt and highly helpful. I intend to return to her for future rental needs. I recommend going too her!
I think this place is a scam and I don't know how they're in business. They place erroneous holds on your account whenever they feel like it, say they don't see it on their end, and then read the same scripted information about when the hold will be released. The hold doesn't get released when they say either. This place is nothing but nonsense. If you like having triple funds held from your account, this is the place for you!
