The staff refuse to communicate correctly. Then commit theft weeks after you close a contract. Dispute the charges with your bank after returning a car here. The whole place is full of thieves.
The girls always take care of me right !! Best customer service and friendly staff , Dom , Pam and Marie. Awesome team
Hertz allowed me to make a reservation for 8 AM pick up, but the store doesn’t open until 9 AM. What is up with that? Absolutely horrible customer service and when I try to get through to the local office, it just rang busy. I would strongly suggest that you not rent from Hertz for this reason.
Chronically understaffed. People are nice once they actually see you. But there's always a long queue. You'll wait an hour before anyone sees you.
Never, ever go to this place? It is horrible, horrible and a total rip-off. They'll steal your money, they'll double and triple charge you. They'll scam, you literally, they're just a bunch of criminals. I would highly recommend trying to find something else to do for a part-time job or go buy a car and use your own car. You can deduct the mileage and save a ton of money on your tax return. Do not go to this location ever. These people are horrible.
