I rented at Hertz - Mesa when my colleague had to go home from our project leaving me with a 45 minute ride to work and no way to get there. I am Presidents Club status so I did the rental online then grabbed an Uber to the location. When I arrived there was a line and a sign saying that someone would be there shortly and a number so I called to see when someone would show up. This place is horrible. I wish I could give no stars. Seems like they charge you for everything. The people move slow. There is always alot people waiting. Go somewhere else.

Sitting in their office been here 60 minutes when I hear an employee tell a customer “we don’t answer the phones because people have too many questions and I don’t have time for that” literal quote from today…. Well today I called customer service and they told me I needed to speak employees at the location I rented. From. spent 40 minutes listening to the phone ring to them give up drive an hour into the office to be here 90 minutes just to finally get helped and told there was nothing wrong and to have a nice day….
