Just got off the Phone with Diane who was absolutely no Help with my rental requested to speak with a Manager and she rebuffed my request and hung up on me. 0 professionalism will not be using Hertz ever again what a Joke of a human being and Company.

There is no option to speak with a person. They obviously do not care about customer service.
Diane helped me and was so sweet. The process was smooth even though I just booked an hour prior to picking up the car. Very nice clean and smooth running car. No hidden fees when bringing back the car also. Will definitely rent again.
