Excellent service
I booked a rental car here for 5pm online. I showed up to get the car at 5pm. The company was closing - a woman looked at me and said, sorry, we're closed. She just walked away from me, didn't care what my situation was. I will never use Hertz rental cars - nor will my entire company, ever.
I accompanied my friend to rent a vehicle while her car was in the shop. She was unexpectedly told she needed to provide a $500 deposit for using a debit card and that a credit check would be run. She was not informed of these requirements at the time of booking. After transferring the deposit funds, she was told she did not pass the credit check, despite the fact that she was never asked to provide her Social Security number, making the credit check claim questionable. Just got off the Phone with Diane who was absolutely no Help with my rental requested to speak with a Manager and she rebuffed my request and hung up on me. 0 professionalism will not be using Hertz ever again what a Joke of a human being and Company.
