Great service, nice ride, highly recommend
By far the worst place to rent a car, most unmotivated, rude and unskilled workers. I wonder how the keep their job. They cancelled my reservation because they didn’t have the car there and charged me the cancellation fee without any reason. Then refused to help me get it back and would never respond to calls or emails.It took me weeks to get the money back and could only get it back through hertz customer service.

THE WORST experience I have EVER had with a car rental company! I have had TWO reservations both were canceled out from under me with ZERO communication and letting me know! First time due to “rain”. Rebooked for the following day, have my confirmation number everything is good to go. NO they canceled it again WITHOUT informing me!!! I am stuck here in the middle of NO WHERE and they are saying you can take a flight.. like what?? The older guy that answers the phone has pathetic customer service… telling me to book a flight ... read more
