Absolutely horrible experience. Placed a reservation online. Went into the store early, waited patiently, was told no vehicle were available, she proceeded to answer calls as I waited for some explanation of even what we could do another day,she continued answering calls until I asked her what can we do to solve the situation, I got nothing. She also said she coulnt cancel the reservation, that i had to call a 1-800 number. What a waste of time. Thanks for helping me out so I could get home for the holidays. -just sad

Contrary to the negative reviews, I actually had an excellent experience here. The people who helped me were dealing with a guy who was dealing with a complex process because he was getting his insurance to pay for the rental car. The team apologized for making me wait. They had a car ready and were able to get me on my way quickly afterwards. The car, unfortunately, had been used by a smoker, so the smell was still there, but I don't think that was their fault.
