DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. It is a bogus address and phone number. I booked through the Hertz app but when I went to pick up the vehicle there was no such location. I drove to airport and they wanted $400 additional to rent there.

This location does not exist - do not rent from here - you will be forced to go to the airport, will have to change your info and your rate will 4x

Do not choose this location. Flight diverted to Memphis, and this was the only location that showed after hours pick up with availability. Attempted to Uber here (very sketchy part of Memphis), and the location is literally a grown up field with spray painted walls. No business existed here. Put us in a very sketchy situation. The phone number provided literally goes to a cell phone voicemail. Hertz canceled the reservation around 4 minutes after the scheduled pick-up, almost like they knew this place didn’t exist.
