I would challenge you to find a worse rental car company to deal with- not specifically this location, but Hertz overall. Save yourself the trouble and go with another company.... or walking is probably a better option than dealing with Hertz. If you really must deal with them, set aside your afternoon to learn their phone menu because you're going to try lots of different options to actually get someone on the phone. Fantastic employees great place to rent a car. They have an excellent selection.
Certain employees at this Covington Pike memphis location are horrible. Just get through the process and call the 800 number when you leave
Horrible Customer service From John and Shell if that is really their names. Put me in a car with mechanical issues....then wouldny take it back and had me drive several miles to airport location where they had no available cars causing me to have to drive it more miles back home.
