Called to rent a car, they charged me, gave me a confirmation number and told me where to pick my car up. I arrived and said I had a car reserved and the lady laughed and said “we don’t have cars” and I said “well I already paid for it” she said “oh well” and ignored me after that. Called customer service back and it took TWO HOURS for them to give a refund they kept saying they couldn’t refund me even though I never got a car. Horrible experience.

Don't lose your time, I was change my car because the car is not working anymore , even the herz company told me to change

Last time with Hertz. We had to extend our rental so called the number on the tri-fold that enclosed our brochure An AI agent kept asking us for a number that wasn't there. After a half hour of frustration we drove back to the airport and found out we should have called the number on the contract - which the woman who checked us in neglected to mention. We're done.
