Don't lose your time, I was change my car because the car is not working anymore , even the herz company told me to change
Last time with Hertz. We had to extend our rental so called the number on the tri-fold that enclosed our brochure An AI agent kept asking us for a number that wasn't there. After a half hour of frustration we drove back to the airport and found out we should have called the number on the contract - which the woman who checked us in neglected to mention. We're done.
Horrible customer service especially from Lexi. We are used to exceptional customer service from other Hertz locations being a President’s Circle member. We booked an intermediate car and they blatantly lied told us that a Toyota Corolla was already an “upgrade”. I called customer service and they confirmed it was not upgrade. The only reason we use Hertz is for the perks we get as President’s circle member. We would use Enterprise from now own when we are in Medford.
