Medford Rogue Valley Airport location, August 20 2026. The young lady at the counter was absolutely disrespectful. I approached the counter and she informed me the "Hertz guy will be back", motioning to the empty computer next to her. So I step off to the side and proceeded to wait for 35 mins and watched her assist a dozen or so people who just got off a flight. I wish I could rate negative stars. Our rental came out to double what we booked it for, and the customer service was absolutely horrible. The desk agent did not adequately explain that the fee for adding an additional driver we were quoted was daily and not net, making it sound like our total extra charge would be much less than the large amount we ended up being billed (on top of what we already pre-paid).When I called the day of the rental because I was concerned about a very large charge on my credit card, the staff memb... read more

The rental was clean. The guys that worked outside were really kind helpful and professional but the girl Lexioni young girl with glasses was really rude and unprofessional.

SO MANY HIDDEN FEES. Our rental cost double what the actual rent charge was for the vehicle based on a convenience fee and another fee the person said was "standard." The price listed to rent is NOT EVEN CLOSE to what the actual cost for the rental is, which seems like a questionable practice. All fees should be included in the advertised cost of the rental and not hidden.
