Venden coches q no tienen!!! Hicimos una reserva el dia anterior y planificamos todo nuestro viaje contando con la reserva aprobada q nos mandaron. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron q habia overbooking y q cancelaban nuestra reserva. Cuando dijimos q no podian hacer eso, la señora responsable de malas maneras nos dijo q las aerolineas vendian mas tickets de los que tenian y que ellos hacian igual, que vendian mas coches de los que tenian en stock porque no venden en base a inventario si no que primero aceptan todas las reservas y ... read more

These guys are terrible, not only did they give me a hard time about not having my license in hand even though I had a picture… they made me renew it and still took my electronic copy anyways, essentially making me waste money on ordering a new one. On top of that I have called multiple times for about a week straight and none of these people answer the damn phone, it’s ridiculous I wish I could get paid to sit and twiddle my thumbs at the front desk too. I returned the vehicle — a Kia EV6 — on yesterday Thursday at 4:00 PM, in accordance with my rental agreement’s due date. The return was received by two Hertz representatives, Paul and Rich, who confirmed at the time that everything was in order and that I was all set. Since then, I have contacted Hertz directly on two separate occasions — both yesterday and today — to resolve this matter. I was informed that the process to remove the hold has been expedited. This was one of the worst car rental experiences I have ever had. I made a reservation, called about an hour before pickup, and was told the vehicle was ready. Then I showed up and was told they did not have it after all. On top of that, they said vehicles are given out on a first come, first served basis. That completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation in the first place. Very misleading, very disorganized, and a huge waste of time and money I used to get there with Uber.
