This location give hertz bad reputation for rude and terrible customer service. My experience here today was absolutely unacceptable to the least , how are you so comfortable being rude to customers. I made a reservation and went as agreed on pick up time and got there instead to help me he just stood there , I have to go extra trying ti help him help me and the dude Adriano was absolutely rude and very unwilling to help….. can anyone tell me how hard it is to help your customers if you ready for business . Took truck back with 3/4 tank of fuel and trying to charge me $203.00 for 1/4 tank of fuel!!!! What a fruadulent, price gouging pos company.
One star is far too generous for the absolute debacle that Hertz inflicted upon me today. I made a reservation 24 hours in advance for a 9:00 AM pickup at my body shop. Simple, right? Apparently, not for Hertz. 9:00 AM rolls around. Nothing. No call, no car, just me standing there like an idiot. Thanks to Hertz's incompetence, I had to rely on my teenager to salvage the situation.
