I frequent this Hertz a lot and this last rental and service was top tier. I came hours late for a reservation Ameerah worked to accommodate me. She was patient and professional. The car was one of the cleanest I have gotten from them. Not a speck of trash anywhere. You can definitely tell the team is different and I appreciate that.

This location is close to 75 and was my first choice because of location. I arrived there 1 hour before the pick up time. The representative were straight away very unprofessional and unaccomodative. They were not serving any customers and told me they cannot process my request until the hour. I was back at the counter 20 mins to the hour and waited for 30 minute before being called to be helped. They drove the car to me, but they didn’t seem to know exactly which car was mine. When I finally received it, the car was not clean at all—actually, this is the first time in my life I’ve received a rental car in such dirty condition. The exterior was completely dirty. The interior was ok! 4 stars because I drove without any problem.
