Worst service from the guy sitting at the front desk. Pretty much told us to be quiet and stop interrupting while we were asking questions. His demeanor was rude and inconsiderate. Looks like he was having a bad day and we had to deal with it.
Horrible customer service!!! Manager couldn’t provide the vehicle on time ( almost 2 hrs delay from booking time) and giving attitude that I can cancel the reservation if cannot wait further. The business replied and looks like they do not have more to say about incident and thanked for my review…. Looks like they are accepting the way of practice to provide horrible customer service and might continue do that.

Horrific experience with this station. I’m a fan of Hertz but not this location by far. First to pick up the car on a Friday was a huge line because they only have one associate at any given time which is absolutely ridiculous, especially on a Friday. I rented an EV through the managers special. It was pretty cost effective option which I ended up getting the Kia EV6.
