Kelly and his staff are top notch. Everyone i delt with at the branch were super helpful and went above to make sure your experience was great. I would highly recommend this branch for your car rental needs. I know this is the only place I will use going forward.

I received an after-hours call from Kelly at the Hertz McKinney location informing me that no rental vehicles were available and that they would contact me if one became available. Unfortunately, the tone of the call was discourteous and conveyed frustration, as though the inconvenience was somehow my responsibility. This was particularly disappointing given that I had a confirmed reservation. This is not the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this. I see why the reviews are so bad. I called today because I needed a rental through State Farm but wanted to know what their in stock vehicles looked like before hand and the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude and not patient at all. I ended up calling enterprise and booked for Wednesday because they fully understood my request.

The manager Kelly did a great job helping me get a replacement vehicle on short notice. It was due to a safety issue and he even stayed a few minutes over his shift to help me stay safe on the road. I’ve always had good experiences with Hertz and I will continue to rent from them.
