Absolutely terrible experience. I reserved a car online through the Hertz website, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told there were no cars available. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Even after showing my confirmed reservation number and details, they showed no concern and simply told me to “go elsewhere.” They admitted that their website allows bookings even when no cars are actually available. Rude and unhelpful won’t rent from them again!
Bad Rental place .. their cars are always bad and they always lie when someone books. Twice I booked an intermediate (Kia K4) and they tell me that it is not available and they give me Trax saying it’s the only car available, unless I pay more for a sedan ! Which doesn’t make sense .. sedans are cheaper and I see that on their website !
I had read quite a few negative reviews about this Hertz location, but I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did. There's a new staff member named Akeem Lockhart who recently joined, and he completely changed my experience. He was professional, helpful, and provided outstanding service. If you've been hesitant because of past reviews, it might be time to give this location another shot!
