Melissa at this Hertz location is AMAZING! She runs the rental counter and knows her stuff!! I had a question about returning the car that would've cost me extra had not Melissa told me what to do. She went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate her for that. With so many rental car places these days lacking customer service, it's hard to find a person to even talk to, let alone someone who will answer your questions. Lady at front desk was horrible rudest customer service don't think I didn't see ur Confederate flag sticker unbelievably rude so disappointed she should not work with customers
