Awesome customer service great rental where on top of there shit thanks
My husband and I rented a car here when we were on our honeymoon. Kat assisted us with the rental and the return. She was amazing! She made the experience super easy and enjoyable! She really went above and beyond! Next time we visit Navarre Beach we will definitely rent a car from this location. Thanks for everything Kat!

I got to Hertz early of my reservation because I’m unfamiliar with traffic and area. When I got there, manager said my “car” would not make it until 11:30. I asked her if I could switch out vehicle and she stated there are 12 people in front of me and they had no replacements for me. An hour into wait a gentleman came in and said their windshield had a small crack in it.
