Excellent customer service and a very easy pickup and return. And, the price was right.
We left a bag in the car with my drivers license… called the local hertz number listed about 40 times no one answers the phone. Called hertz president circle they could not help me immediately and told me to contact the local number — absolutely horrible experience. They also gave me a car that had a quarter tank of gas when we first got it - tried to call for that no one answered either. This is a terrible customer experience for a hertz president circle member. Wont rent again if not resolved.
Charged a ton of money for gas for having a tank at 80% full even though it was completely full. Filled up this car right before dropping it off at the airport. Terrible and don’t suggest using this Hertz if they’re going to scam you like this.
It was the perfect clean car and great for the economy.
