I had a horrible experience just returning a rental car provided by my insurance. This location has no parking, and after waiting 25 minutes in line, the employee shouted at me to move the car I was trying to return—even though there was nowhere to park. When I explained that, he rudely told me there was a space “next to the white sedan,” which definitely wasn’t available when I arrived. I was given run around from another rental service. This hertz took care of all issues. Helped w options and worked with me to resolve immediate car needs. Above and beyond. Jim was incredibly patient and easy to talk to.

The staff here deserve an award for their hard work and perseverance. They are efficient, helpful and always pleasant. They work, through no fault of their own, in a space that frankly needs a complete overhaul. The lot is too small and the building needs to be renovated. Despite these conditions, the manger and her associate are always helpful and efficient. I always patronize this Hertz due to the staff, their overall professionalism, and the convenience of the location!!

Absolutely unacceptable and disturbing behavior from the manager at this location. My mother had one of the worst experiences she’s ever had at a business. As she was gathering her things from the car, the man who claimed to be the manager came outside yelling and screaming over a parking spot. He berated her, called her stupid for leaving her car door open as she tried to gather her belonging, and continued his aggressive, threatening behavior even as she tried to cancel her reservation inside.
