I had very bad experience with this branch. MY car was booked thru a 3rd party site, and it wasn't ready at pick up time. there was single agent working and had to wait for 2 hrs before car was given to me. It was cleaned in hurry with vomit foul smell from previous rent. I was asked to use drop box upon return as office was closed on sunday. They still charged me with additional hours
1 hour wait for my car due to low staffing. Car lot was full so there was no place to park. Car only had half a tank of gas when I rented it.
Ugh just watching how they continue to suck makes me leave another bad review. Maybe this business just needs to close and allow Enterprise to service Marlboro.
the person working the counter is a saint and deserves some major recognition for having to deal some very rude customers, they handled it with extreme professionalism and when it came time to assisting me was extremely helpful in making sure my rental process was easy. top tier customer service through and through
