Absolutely terrible customer service. Arrived at time of my reservation pickup and the door was locked. 10 minutes later the woman unlocked the door and said we have no cars and proceeded to answer a phone call and be of zero assistance.
Tried calling more than 5x on a Monday at 4pm place says they are open till 5pm no answer would ring and ring and go straight to busy tone. Does anyone actually work there or they just don’t wanna answer the phones when someone calls repeatedly?
They didn't open on time. Had to phone multiple times to get a response, my reservation was canceled and I didn't receive an email. My entire morning was wasted in the search for an alternative vehicle
Gave me a confirmation number and once I reached there informed me that there are no vehicles. Left me stranded without any further explanations or solutions! Terrible service and overbooked
Can't say enough good things about Sandra at the Marlboro, Ma location. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement. She is prompt, professional and caring. She really took the time to understand our needs and went out of her way to get us in the best vehicle. She took what could have been a stressful situation and made it smooth, while looking for ways to improve our experience. I wish I could rate her more than 5 stars!
