Rental desk is inside the hotel. No signs telling you where to go. I said I didn't want the fee to return the Tesla without charging it and was charged for it anyway. Tesla was only 77% charged and I was billed for the full charge. Passenger side mirror fell off more than once from small bumps in the road. Car had scratches all over the exterior. Not sure who beat the heck out of it, but less than I expected. Somehow my Thrifty rental was in way better shape than the Tesla I rented from Hertz at this location.
Please mention that you are located inside J W Marriott.. the 24 hr sign is placed right next to a wall

Hertz is crazy if they think I’ll let go of the additional $30 they charged me after I had to search for their drop off and do so much manual work. Enterprise operates 1000 times better nationally and I only did Hertz for location but convenience, does not exist. Not only that but pickup at FSW was a total disaster. I swear customer service does not Matter to Hertz. Go to Enterprise, you’re welcome.
