Is this phone permanently disconnected?? Or us it just off the hook. Ridiculous.
The customer service at this location was above and beyond! We couldn't get a rental anywhere but Hertz came through for us, found us a car and had it cleaned out quickly! Highly recommend.
Very nice and helpful staff. Lady who helped me is very helpful & funny. Made the process in & out and I was on the road in my rental in no time. Thank you
Hertz Marble Falls is not a good location. The women that work the location are rude miserable women that do not treat customers correctly. As alternate Enterprise is right around the corner, and they will pick you up - with a smile! Enterprise is also typically cheaper. If reading this review - also read the following reviews by Terri Madding, Nick Crawford, Rita Blair, Courtney Close and Crystal Castillo - it is worth your time and money! This location has a history of the workers treating costumers rudely and unfairly.
