Hertz REALLY hurts, your wallet! What a racket!
We are going to have body repairs on our Outback, so we needed a car for a week. Called Satori and set up a rental. We went in this morning and picked up a Crosstrek. The process was smooth and easy. The young man who dealt with us was friendly and efficient. We were third in line, but we were out in 15 minutes. I asked for a Maserati, but...no. That got a laugh. Joked it would cost them a star. Good service
Wouldn't recommend unless you absolutely need too, take lots of pictures and be careful. We had a one way rental to o'hare, they charged us $250 cleaning fee and an extra day late charge. Luckily I documented everything and was able to fight it, but such a nasty scam. Probably nothing wrong with this place, just Hertz in general. There is a reason they went bankrupt.
