Lewis Automotive Group Hertz of Manhattan is amazing! They've provided me with dozens and dozens of vehicles for work over the last year and a half. Bobby is awesome and always treated me very professionally. Unfortunately, I probably just rented my last car from them this week because my company issued me a company car. I love Hertz but this was a complete disappointment Pro tip: don’t allow reservations at 4pm if the counter employee will be calling harassingly just because “they close at 4pm and we could’ve picked it up earlier” My reservation was at 4pm , we showed on time but found an empty counter. It’s not the first time we show up and no one’s there. She had a bad attitude and made rude comments that were unnecessary.
