The worker (her name is Eva) at this Hertz location was extremely accommodating. She helped me get into a brand new, clean rental SUV with a great rate. I’ve had so many car issues, the last thing I wanted to do was endure a long, frustrating process of signing myself up for a rental vehicle. Rest assured, Eva sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes. She rocks! I hope everyone can experience her customer service! Thanks Hertz, I will be returning to this location because of her!
Let me start by saying: if you check my profile, you’ll see I rarely leave reviews—and when I do, they’re positive. After 15 years of starting and running a customer service company with 23 employees, I understand how difficult the retail public can be. Customers are sometimes unreasonable, and even rude. But what I experienced today at Hertz in Manhattan, Kansas (1826 Tuttle Creek Blvd) was the worst customer service interaction I’ve had in 58 years. NO…JUST NO… there is one guy that works there that is just RUDE. Need to report to my company to remove HERTZ Rental from being an option. You can’t even change your payment method.
