It has been a while since I rented from Hertz in Manhattan. They were awesome! I had family visiting and needed a larger vehicle so we could travel together. Hertz on TCB was the only place that had a minivan. It was super easy and quick to pick up and drop off. I will definitely rent here again.

For as such short notice I was able to get a car in time for a friends wedding that was going to be going on during a weekend 3 hours drive away. Big save wasn’t expecting a hybrid but I was just happy to have a car working well took a minute to get use to the car but it did the job well and was again a big save

Had a big trip planned, needed to rent a van, they had fair pricing, so I reserved. They didn’t even give me a 24 hour notice, it was 12 hours before I had to pick up, called and they said they nor any other locations has a van available or anything comparable in size, but they could ‘gladly’ give me a Nissan Rogue (at no discount for any inconvenience). Not that the discount would matter, but the vehicle is significantly smaller. If this were given atleast 24-48 hours ahead of time I would have been a little more grateful. ... read more
