Bad customer service 😑
This place was insanely slow. We waited in line over an hour to pick up our reserved vehicle. There was only one attendant working the check in. When we finally were helped, she was extremely rude - she got mad at a man double checking that tolls were included on his receipt.
Do you need a rental car? Then, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Save yourself the hours long wait or abrupt change of plans with no cars available. I booked a car, received multiple reminders, showed up early, and no cars available. The response: you can wait until (maybe a car shows up) and this happens every weekend. This place is a scam. They charged me an extra $441 for "PlatePass", a service that I specifically declined when I rented the car.
Excellent experience renting a car here. The customer service was outstanding. The representative was friendly, professional, and helpful find me a car, even with limited availability. I highly recommend this car rental location!
