Rudest customer service in the game! There are a couple good ones, but by god the bad ones are bad
This was a seamless pick-up. Because of in-climate weather I wanted to pick up my rental early. Jessica at the counter was very accommodating and worked to make that happen. She was friendly and patient with me. I will definitely make this a preferred pick-up location.
My dad booked weeks in advance a rental car from here. When he showed up on the day of the rental, there was no car for him and 5 other people were waiting around for a car as well! Do not give this place your business.
this place is a scam. report them to the BBB. showed up with a PREPAID reservation and was told there were no cars and nothing for the day. read the reviews - they do this repeatedly. they should be shut down permanently. ignore the excuses they give in review replies.
