When I arrived at 11am, the time of my reservation, to pick up my reserved car I was told there was not a car available and I would be put on a waiting list for the next available car. This is completely unacceptable, as I had made a reservation weeks prior so that my travel plans would go smoothly. We waited one hour for a car and therefore were late for our engagement.
