Lady at front desk was extremely rude on phone so I was recorded when I come in and she was rude still and she tells me I can’t rent car unless I have 700 credit score I tell her I’m recording she then books my car than says they don’t accept debt cards… bad business losing the people money and wasted my time
Poor experience here, have currently been running into car trouble and needed to rent a car. To start off for the 9AM scheduled pick up I was called at 8:55AM and was told there was no inventory of what I was looking to rent for the next couple hours. Thankfully my ride was able to wait for a later time for me to return to this same location later when they would finally have something available. I will do you the solid of not ACTUALLY writing my horrific experience (that is still ongoing a month AFTER my rental term), but sufficient to say, don't go with Hertz. At least not in NH!
Sue was amazing. She did excellent job laying out the contract and the customer service was phenominal
