I'm not happy with my experience, I got a rental after an accident through the insurance, they almost didn't have any car available. They gave me Nissan Altima as a full size car. Nissan altima no where near a full size car it's a mid-size car the thing is tiny. They didn't have any other options for a sedan car. I asked if they had an all wheel drive sedan, they said they don't carry any all wheel drive sedans. They didn't have any other options to offer me when it comes to sedans. Lady at front desk was extremely rude on phone so I was recorded when I come in and she was rude still and she tells me I can’t rent car unless I have 700 credit score I tell her I’m recording she then books my car than says they don’t accept debt cards… bad business losing the people money and wasted my time
Poor experience here, have currently been running into car trouble and needed to rent a car. To start off for the 9AM scheduled pick up I was called at 8:55AM and was told there was no inventory of what I was looking to rent for the next couple hours. Thankfully my ride was able to wait for a later time for me to return to this same location later when they would finally have something available.
