Insisted the fur transfer my my elderly mother sitting in the back seat came from dogs, which she does not have. Threatened a 300 dollar charge because it would take over an hour to clean. 5 mins with a lint brush and we took pictures to disprove. Don't trust Hertz, customer relations a disaster.
