Absolute trash company my wife got a car rental and they completely canceled on her an hour before she was supposed to pick it up for a family road trip and they were complete jerks about it. I highly recommend never doing business with this company. They are a complete trash, trash, trash, trash, trash, trash…. Can’t stress it enough

This Hertz location has the best employees and manager! They are efficient, friendly, and professional. Chris went out of his way to reassure us that they would do everything they could to locate a 12 passenger van for our 50th Anniversary family trip, despite limited availability and he delivered!!! Sue (manager) was very knowledgeable as were her staff. A dark haired young man (sorry I forgot your name) was awesome in explaining how the van features worked; very helpful as some features were different from cars or minivans... read more
