Reserved a car 4 days ahead to be picked up in the Malibu location. When my son and I got there for our 8:30am pick up time, no one was at location. We waited over 45min for someone to show up. When we finally got thru to someone on the phone, they told us that the employee was late and would not be there until 10am and that we would have to drive to the Woodland Hills location to pick up a car.
