Reserved a 7 seat SUV for 9 AM. The Ding Dong at the desk showed up an hour late to tell me he didn't have the car there...or Danbury...or Patterson. Did nothing to help us except make the phone call we could have made ourselves in half the time, or at 9:15 AM if he had showed up on time. We still had to call the other Hertz locations within an hour drive on our own just to hear the same thing from them anyway. Complete clowns. 1 star because there’s no zero star option. Always shows up late for work and doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing. I returned the car at 9:15 am (earlier than I had picked it up) and had to drop off the keys because there was no one there. Then they charged me a late return fee because they showed up late for work! Total clowns!
Wrong address listed, nobody answers the number and Hertz corporate doesn't even know where the location is.
