Our customer service rep Frederick was absolutely amazing today. We can came in 6 minutes before close and he was very calm and did not show a hint of frustration. He was extremely helpful with the process and showed great patience and provided some educational tips for the future when renting. You can guarantee I’m coming back!!!

Frederic made the experience perfect for me. Courteous, easy to work with, and a total gentleman. The lot is also in an easy to access place, and dropping off the keys after hours is simple. I was preferential to the Montclair Hertz location prior to this but I’ll be going here every time. Also, Hertz is much better than enterprise. The experience is more personal here. Highly recommend.
I would like to recognize the CSR that helped me! His name is Frederic. On June 5th, he was very helpful to me and I needed it! Due to a misunderstanding, I booked at a different site, but showed up at the Lyndhurst operation just prior to closing. Long story, short - the operation that I was to have gone to ended up having no cars available, so I needed to get one at this Lyndhurst branch. Luckily, Frederic had one, and only one, car left.
