Extremely long wait. Inventory not available so you just wait until someone else returns a car. No benefit/expediting for President Circle members. Literally had two hertz reps and 20 people. Process is extremely slow.
Terrible customer service stay away at any cost
Inconsistent information and bad communication.
What’s the point of having a phone number when you can’t speak to an employee. I called 15 times for the morning and been put on SILENT hold for 20 mins. So my rental is good until tommorow but you guys are closed and customer service doesn’t know how to answer questions so you better not charge us or the insurance a dime when it’s dropped on Monday. Especially since no one could confirm if we can drop off to another location.
Terrible customer service. But why would they care about customers is not like they own it. Corporate has to do better.
