DO NOT take electric vehicles they will give you vehicles with 20 percent charge and it will take A DAY to charge the battery at Lubbock before you start driving, not to mention there arent that many super charging stations to begin with. You have been warned

I have rented so many times from Hertz this location, each time i faced an issue. I am never satisfied unless I get a discount rate from my personal insurance travel portal with Hertz. All types of cars I experienced mechanical issues, like alignment , brake type of issues. Not but the list the employee changed frequently unfortunately every time every employee found unprofessional, rude and careless. Overcharged! DO NOT USE HERTZ! $372 for a single day rental. Not sure what they did wrong because I can't get them to answer their phone. Tried to call several times to resolve the issue, but can't get anyone to answer at the lubbock location. I have been able to speak to someone in the Phillipines, but they just told me to call the local store. I cannot reccomend hertz, as their is no way to get any help at all.
