Cancelled reservation and employee Dawn got unprofessional, used curse words and hung up the call. Pretty poor performance from this company and that employee. Wouldn’t waste your time here
Best service in the town
Great for local needs... I was able to get a vehicle the same day I needed it. And, the woman helping me is very professional and kind. I am disappointed that they did not have a place in Yuba City for my drop off location as I needed it also to go pick up my vehicle from a shop there. Instead, I had to go to a competitor a couple of towns over to rent a vehicle that would allow me to take the one way trip.
Hertz charged me $250 over the rental price ro clean their car that was not dirty.
