Absolutely worthless. I will never rent from these people or deal with them in any business again. I reserved a car a week before pickup because mine is in the shop and I was trying to make it to my twin daughters first birthday. I work here and travel back to spend time with them. The guy was not only extremely rude but basically told me he didn't care and they don't care if hertz already charged me for the rental because if I didn't pick it up it would go back on the card.
