Wow! I just got a random call from Hertz. Marissa told me she noticed my insurance had set me up with the Hertz in Boulder when my repair and everything are based out of Longmont. They actually caught a mistake that could lead to all sorts of issues and wasted time AHEAD OF TIME and went out of their way to notify my and correct the problem. I am in love with this place already. Thank you Marissa! Great job!
