Very good customer service, nice vehicle and easy process
Awesome except not open on Saturdays.
Very easy to drop off rental car and catch ride to airport
Robert is a champ, our other rental called us 15 minutes before pickup and let us know they didn’t have any cars (we booked the first available time slot, right as they opened) we came to Hertz had a great conversation with Robert who picked up on my wife’s hesitation on an ev and suggested another option. Great service, fast friendly, solved our issue with the other rental place and now Hertz has a loyal customer.
They are charging us for someone supposedly dropping a cigarette cherry in their back seat, but literally nobody that was in that car the whole time even smokes... so clearly they didn't pre-inspect it at the airport when we took it.. the charge for said blemish?? 900 dollars..!!!
