Shoutout to Marissa! I had to drop my call on hold to run to a meeting and was impressed she called back right away to follow up, I feel like most workers would wait for a call back. She has an incredible customer service attitude and was so enjoyable to speak with over the phone and in person. She knows her stuff! Thanks for your help on my rental/reservation and speaking with insurance to sort everything out!
We got stranded, head home to louisiana. Stopped in to see if they had a vehicle, Miss NICKY WAS THE BOMB! SO SO HELPFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANK YOU AGAIN Herz and Miss Nicky!
When we entered the rental lobby we were greeted only with a rude comment from Nicki. We had a death in the family, and we were late, the first thing out of her mouth was "we gave your car away". Not hello, or welcome, or be with you..... Dre on the other hand, turned everything around. She was polite, understanding, and knew her job well. Dre is the kind of person that should represent Hertz, and guide people, not a cold, pissy girl. Thank you Dre.
We rented a car here went on vacation got rear ended insurance payed our vehicle and hertz is now charging us a 1169.00 after the fact we were the victims got rear ended was told everything was gonna be covered but got scammed in the end saying we owe them over 1169,00 I do not recommend renting from them they will find a way to screw you over especially after being hit by another car will not ever rent from these scammers again do not recommend hertz terrible company especially when your the victim of being hit by other dri... read more
