For over a year without having a car, she was there every step of the way making what could’ve been a stressful time feel smooth, convenient, and even enjoyable. I was attended to by Chelsey, she was cautious, respectful and very helpful. Her manager Kay was also very helpful. Hertz is my favorite car rental.
Rented from here a few times and had a great experience with Chelsea . Her customer service is amazing . She managed to get me in and out in no time , while assisting a lobby full of people . There was a bit of a wait , having to wait for cleans cars . But she kept me updated every step of the way . She was transparent amount the rental process, so you’re not slammed with hidden fees . Very nice lady, and always has a smile on her face. Will be renting again !
